Garden Gate Studio announced as Southern Highlands Local Business Awards 2021 Finalist

Moss Vale’s Garden Gate Studio has been added to the list of finalists for the 2021 Local Business Awards.

Owner and operator, artist Elizabeth Burton said she was over the moon about the surprise.

“I’m thrilled to announce Garden Gate Studio has been named as a finalist in the Southern Highlands Local Business Awards this year,” Elizabeth said.

“I started Garden Gate Studio as a working studio, workshop and gallery space in 2014, and this November will mark its seventh year in operation.”

“I’d like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my small business over the years, and those who have voted for Garden Gate Studio in the Awards!”

Garden Gate Studio is well known amongst the Southern Highlands Arts Trail attendees, and opens to the public several times per year to showcase Elizabeth’s work.

“The past few years have definitely had their challenges, with the bushfires, COVID-19 and most recently my shoulder reconstruction, and I am so thankful to receive this recognition amongst all of the other fantastic local businesses,” she said.

Garden Gate Studio is an entrant under the Awards’ Antiques, Art, Crafts and Gifts category, and winners will be announced at a ceremony in September.
